Muay-Thai might be our main focus but we also find body conditioning and fitness just as important. That’s why our time table has multiple fitness classes daily. The classes we offer are : TRX, KB’s, HIIT, Metcon and ABS.
Each one of the classes has different structure and it’s own goal. Combination of all them weekly will get all your fitness needs covered and get you in a killer shape.
HIIT is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The class is designed to strip bodyfat, improve strength and build lean muscle
Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
TRX training Aka. suspension training is a concept designed by the US marines that allows you to train your entire body efficiently using only your own body weight. This class is very low impact making it safe for people with almost any injury.
Kettlebell training teaches two primary foundation skills; the power of moving from the hips to spare the lower back and the ability to lift overhead are two of the more simple yet powerful concepts in Kettlebell training.
ABS Classes are a great way to tone up the troublesome abdominal region! The class consist of specific moves, sequences and routines put together to give you a great abdominal workout because, let’s be honest, who doesn’t want a 6 pack or a flat stomach?
Metcon class is most guests favorite but be warned, you will be pushed to your limits!. Instead of focusing on pushing/pulling as much weight as possible we instead focus on using the best form and minimizing the rest period to exhaust your body and improve endurance. All the exercises in this workout will include practical strength which correlates to real life situations and our professional trainer will ensure that all exercises are performed correctly to protect you from any possible injuries and maximize your efficiency.
